Any one requiring Baptismal information, may obtain this information by e-mailing  stmarysfl@bellsouth.net and requesting "Baptismal Information" -

A return e-mail will contain two downloadable files

1) A form letter listing "The Baptism Requirements for Children" and

2) A "Baptism Checklist" listing all of the information required prior to the child's baptism.
